Assembled on November 30, 1954, in Dearborn, the car was once owned by American jockey John Bosworth. It remains in its original factory configuration: Raven Black exterior, black-and-white interior, a 292-cubic-inch V8 engine, and a three-speed manual transmission with overdrive.
This is an unrestored, original vehicle. It starts instantly, drives perfectly, and clearly reflects a history of consistent maintenance.

Mechanicals:
The 292-cubic-inch "Y-block" V8 is paired with a three-speed manual transmission featuring overdrive and a floor-mounted shifter—a combination significantly rarer and more engaging than the Ford-O-Matic automatic. The engine starts immediately and runs smoothly. The engine bay remains in its original state, consistent with a car that has been well-maintained and regularly used.

Interior:
The cabin, featuring its original black-and-white color scheme, is in good, authentic condition. The upholstery, door panels, and dashboard display a lovely, natural patina from use. The full suite of instrumentation—including a tachometer, clock, and period-correct radio—is present. All equipment is functional, with the exception of the fuel gauge (as of the time this listing was written).

Exterior:
The bodywork retains its original Raven Black paint, which has developed a beautiful patina over time.
