PORSCHE 996 Carrera 3.4 ex Michelin
1997 Porsche 911 (996) Carrera 3.4
History
Motors Corner is pleased to present this Porsche 911 (996) Carrera 3.4.
Its history is unique and fully documented: purchased new from the Porsche Centre in Clermont-Ferrand by Michelin, it was used by the company until 2012 (at 140,000 km) before being sold to a private owner who kept it for eight years. It is therefore a three-owner car. Since the current owner acquired it in 2020, the car has seen very little use and has always been kept in a secure, enclosed garage. It underwent a full service at our workshops in June 2025.
Service & Maintenance
The vehicle was meticulously maintained by Michelin; a service file is available, documenting a total of €86,000 in routine maintenance. The service book is present, and since 2012, the car has been serviced on schedule at specialist garages, with invoices to prove it. A full service was performed at Motors Corner in June 2025.
Mechanical Condition
The vehicle starts on the first turn of the key without difficulty. Always well-maintained, this 996 drives very well, offering both power and precision.
Interior Condition
The black leather interior is in good overall condition. Signs of age and use have created a light patina on the seats and steering wheel, though there are no tears or holes. A leather treatment could restore the interior's luster.
Exterior Condition
The bodywork, finished in its original grey paint (L92U), was fully repainted in 2012 when it was first sold. Since then, a few minor signs of use have appeared, but there are no dents or scratches. The car presents very well, and the wheels are in good condition. Technical Specifications
