Motors Corner is pleased to offer this Fiat Dino 2400 Coupé for sale. It is one of the final examples produced, as only 2,398 units of the 2400 Coupé were manufactured between 1969 and 1972. The car has undergone restoration to reach its current presentation standard. It comes with a technical manual and period brochures. The odometer reads 1,100 km, but given that it has already rolled over, the actual mileage is estimated at 101,100 km.
Mechanical Condition
The engine is the Ferrari-derived 65° V6 (2,419 cc), fed by three Weber 40 DCNF twin-choke carburetors and developing 180 DIN hp at 6,600 rpm. It is mated to a ZF 5-speed manual gearbox and features independent rear suspension sourced from the Fiat 130. The engine bay is clean and consistent with a meticulous restoration, showing no signs of leaks. The car runs beautifully, true to the mechanical character of the Ferrari-designed engine powering it.
Interior Condition
The cabin is in excellent condition. The black leather seats are pristine, with no tears or sagging. The wood-veneer dashboard, bearing the Bertone emblem, is intact, as is the three-spoke wooden steering wheel. The full set of Veglia Borletti instruments (tachometer, speedometer, water temperature, oil pressure and temperature, fuel gauge, and clock) is fully functional.
Exterior Condition
The bodywork, finished in an elegant metallic blue, features a glossy, uniform paint finish consistent with the vehicle's restoration. The chrome trim (bumpers, window surrounds, mesh grille) is in good condition, as are the four round headlights characteristic of the Bertone design.
